Chronic Pain and Hypnosis

An April 2008 study published in the International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis evaluated 26 people with chronic pain. The participants in the study used hypnosis treatment and were evaluated months after the treatment was completed. About 20% of the group reported sustantial long-term reductions in daily pain 12 months after treatment.

Very interesting article. Over the years I have tried many forms of pain relief, and not once did I think about hypnosis.
I’m all for it IF it works.
